Ms. Pappas is here!!

I can’t believe it has been a week already! Can you? Thank you all for welcoming me into your classroom with open arms, and helping me to get adjusted to the daily routine and class rules! (The information about not leaving you alone was very helpful!)
Ms. Chan and I think it would be helpful for you and your parents to be able to know a little bit more about me, since I will be spending time with you until the end of April. My name is Victoria Pappas, and I am a student teacher from Regis College. Currently, I am in my senior year as an English major with a concentration in Elementary Education. Some of the activities that I am involved in at my school are field hockey (we were conference champions this year), student government, and a student athlete advocacy club. You can look my team and pictures at our athletic website goregispride.com if you get permission from your parents! Have fun exploring! I would be interested in seeing what you find out!
One thing that I am extremely excited about for this school year with you is the immigration unit! We will be starting it soon and I can’t wait to share projects, research and stories with you! We all have different backgrounds and it will give us all a chance to get to know each other much better!
I am very excited to be working with this class, and at Happy Hollow for the majority of my semester, and I am looking forward to many adventures with this class!
